IGW450 - Homologated WTB gateway
The on board communication is highly standardized in order to ensure interoperability between cars of different builders and countries.
The gateway is the core of the on board standard communication train backbone.
An engaging panel of standards, including IEC61675 and UIC556, is implemented into IGW450, probably the most performing among the on board communication gateways.
It interface the train backbone WTB to the car communication bus, typically MVB, CAN, Ethernet.
It is a high technological device, with very demanding performances.
